Single View of Customer. In recent years, companies around the world have devoted enormous energy and resources to better managing their customer information. They have a variety of motivations for doing this, ranging from seeking increased operational efficiencies through supporting strategic planning and customer cross-selling. Regardless of the motivation, the "holy grail" for these companies is the "Single View of Customer."
Alliance will discuss the details of a global single view of customer project at a major F500 account. In this project Alliance produced more than a 50% uplift in accuracy and completeness by employing a range of business process and technology techniques. Alliance will discuss this project in detail and share the unique approach with the Dama members to stimulate discussion and provoke new ideas in this area.
