The Presenter:

Arvind D. Shah is a Managing Principal of Performance Development Corporation (PDC). He is internationally known for his expertise and publications in the area of Information Resource Management. He has developed methodologies for Business Process Reengineering, Customer Relationship Management, Information Strategy Planning, IT Restructuring, Data Warehousing, Data Administration, Meta Data Management, Technology Platform Selection, and Business Area Analysis. His consulting has involved almost all facets of business and government in a broad range of applications. Clients who have benefited from Mr. Shah’s consulting services include AT & T, Getty-Texaco, Verizon, IBM, Exxon, United Biscuits (UK), Thorn EMI UK), Hallmark Cards, Eli Lilly, UNUM, Norsk Hydro (Norway), Iron Ore of Canada, Toshiba (Japan) and numerous Federal, State and Non-Profit Organizations.

He has developed a practical approach that blends Enterprise Architecture, Change Management, Business Process Reengineering, and Total Quality Management (TQM). His principal interests focus on the risk-free deployment and management of ever advancing information technology. He has taught seminars and made presentations worldwide, and managed projects for Fortune 500 and equivalent organizations in the United States, Canada, Europe, and other continents.

He co-authored The Management Handbook for Information Center and End User Computing, published in 1988 by QED Information Sciences, Inc. He also co-authored the Information Strategy Planning Handbook, published in 1990 by Performance Development Corporation. Mr. Shah has coauthored a PDC publication-Business Process Redesign Methodology Handbook published in 1999.

His article ‘CRM: Practical Tips for Successful Implementation’ appeared in the September 2002 issue of the International Journal of Customer Relationship Management, UK.
